How does it work?

Overactive neck muscles and tiny repetitive contractions in the skin can contribute to horizontal lines, crepey texture, and visible banding. With precise Microtox placement using diluted Botox, these superficial muscles are gently relaxed while improving skin smoothness and tone. The result is a softer, more refined neck appearance with improved texture and subtle tightening — all without surgery or downtime.

Procedure

After numbing with a topical anesthetic cream, a series of tiny micro-injections of diluted Botox are placed just beneath the skin of the neck. The procedure typically takes only a few minutes to complete.

Aftercare

Temporary redness or subtle swelling at the injection points is normal and usually fades within an hour. Neck Microtox requires minimal downtime and pairs well with treatments such as microneedling, lasers, or skin boosters for enhanced smoothing and refinement.

Results
