How does it work?

Over time, lips can lose their ideal shape, balance, and smoothness — whether from natural aging, volume changes, or previous filler that no longer flatters. The Lip Reset is a two-phase treatment that first dissolves existing filler to create a clean canvas, then restores volume, symmetry, and definition with expertly placed lip filler. The result is a fresh, refined look that enhances your natural beauty.

Procedure

The lips will be cleansed and a topical numbing cream may be applied to ensure your comfort during the injections. Using a fine syringe, hylenex is injected and then gently massaged to dissolve existing filler. Most visits are completed within 20 minutes, with the actual treatment taking a few minutes minutes. Depending on your treatment plan, this step may be repeated about two weeks later, or you may proceed with the new lip filler treatment.

Aftercare

Immediately following your treatment, you may return to your normal activities and wait 2 days before engaging in strenuous physical activity. Some temporary swelling and bruising are normal and typically subsides within a few days. Applying cold compresses and following post-procedure instructions can help manage these effects.

Results

Results are immediate and typically last several months to a year, with occasional maintenance treatments recommended to keep your lips looking their best.
