How does it work?

Unlike surgery, Sculptra BBL employs Sculptra Aesthetic, a biocompatible dermal filler, to stimulate the body's natural collagen production, gradually enhancing the contours of the treated area. This is what leads to the increase in volume and projection of your butt. Additionally, it can also be used to fill in dimpling caused by cellulite in order to create a smooth, flawless behind.


Procedure

For optimal comfort, Sculpta is mixed with the anesthetic lidocaine and numbing cream is also applied to the treatment areas. During the injection, you may feel a slight pinch, if anything at all, but discomfort is minimal due to numbing. After each injection, the treatment areas will be massaged gently.

Aftercare

Unlike surgery, Sculptra butt injections require NO downtime. Immediately following your treatment, you may return to your normal activities and wait 1-2 days before engaging in strenuous physical activity. It is important to massage the treatment areas daily as instructed by your provider. There may be slight swelling or redness at the injection site, but this typically resolves within a day or two. Mild bruising may occur depending on the treatment area, but this can be minimized by following our pre-treatment instructions.

Results

Initial volume enhancement is visible, and the full results of the Sculptra BBL develop over several weeks as collagen production increases with results lasting through 2 years.
